Owner/Director and Head Women’s Health Exercise Physiologist
Naomi has been a Clinical Exercise Physiologist for 8 years with a prior 16 years in the health and fitness industry. She has extensive experience working in the fields of women's health, mental health, chronic pain and complex conditions. She has always been passionate about women’s health and exercise which has been further solidified since experiencing pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period herself. Naomi knows how important physical activity is for both the mind and body during pregnancy and postnatally and aims to educate and provide safe, enjoyable and realistic treatment plans for women of all ages

Daisy
Women’s Health Exercise Physiologist
Since graduating with a Masters Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2019, Daisy has been working and continuing further training in the areas of paediatric health, chronic illness, hypermobility spectrum disorders (including Ehlers Danlos Syndrome), Pilates as well as women’s health. Daisy enjoys applying an integrative approach as well as Pilates and strength inspired movements to support her clients in better understanding their bodies and feeling confident in finding a balance through natural movement.

Emily
Exercise Physiologist
Emily graduated from a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology with First Class Honours at the end of 2023. Since graduating she has worked with a range of clients, mostly working with people with chronic pain, stress urinary incontinence and chronic conditions. She also enjoys working with clients who have osteoporosis and other bone conditions in addition to reproductive and women’s health clients. She is passionate about working with more women to help them gain more autonomy in their bodies and find what movement works best for them and their stage of life.
