Mum’s & Bubs 6 Week Group Exercise Programs

We offer 3 different Mum’s & Bubs 6-week programs.

Mum’s Strength: a progressive strength-based exercise program designed for you to improve your overall strength and lifting skills. It will incorporate compound strength exercises such as deadlifts, squats, rows & lunges and functional exercises specific to mum life or 'mum movements’.

Mum’s Mat + Equipment: our mat class incorporates Pilates style and postnatal specific exercises incorporating body weight movement, bands, balls, circles, reformer and light weights to help you improve your technique, posture and overall strength and mobility.

Mum’s Strength and Impact: a mix of strength training, core, mobility and safe impact exercises which focus on pelvic stability and single leg strength. It is specifically designed for those wanting a high-quality strength class, those returning to running or impact exercise or those who already have and need a complimentary strength program.

These classes are a great next step after our rehabilitative beginner postnatal program or for those who have completed basic postnatal rehab. Please note whilst these classes are safe, they are not aimed at being rehabilitative, if you have symptoms which need addressing, we recommend 1:1 exercise physiology appointments or the beginner postnatal program first.

Please note attendance to any Mum’s & Bubs class requires an initial consultation or postnatal assessment prior.
