Our NEW strength class Bloom Build is aimed at women over 50 or those with a diagnosis or family history of osteoporosis or osteopenia.
This class will help you build strength and maintain your mobility. Our aim is to help you to maintain or improve bone mineral density, improving joint health and improve your ability to complete activities of daily living with confidence.
The evidence shows that weight bearing exercises such as strength training can help maintain and even improve bone mineral density. Graduated strength training, whereby we gradually load bones and muscles more overtime is medicine for osteoporosis and osteopenia!
This class is for any female who meets the criteria no matter what age or level of fitness or strength you have. We will meet you where you are at.
