Clinical Reformer Pilates with Daisy
Daisy our wonderful women’s health exercise physiologist takes 1:1 clinical reformer movement sessions. Reformer Pilates is beneficial for so many reasons; building core strength & stability, is low impact and joint friendly, helps improve mobility & flexibility, helps improve body awareness & alignment, assists with pelvic floor & core connection and promotes mindfulness with mind-body connection.
Daisy has expertise in working with women who are on the hypermobility spectrum, have chronic illness such as POTS and fibromyalgia and women who are pregnant or in the postpartum period.
As these sessions are run by an accredited exercise physiologist they are designed individually for you, your body and any of your current or long-term health concerns.
Note: You are required to complete an exercise physiology initial assessment prior to attending 1:1 reformer sessions to gain an understanding of your current health, movement patterns and goals.
