What is Exercise Physiology?

Exercise physiologists are university qualified allied health professionals who study the effect of exercise on the body. Through using movement, activity, and education exercise physiologists can support, treat, and help prevent chronic health conditions and injuries.

Bloom Exercise Physiology provides high quality, evidence-based exercise prescription for women, particularly in the treatment of pregnancy, postnatal and pelvic health related conditions. We have a strong understanding of the many changes women's bodies go through and the demands of pregnancy, birth, motherhood and beyond. We endeavour to enable women to feel knowledgeable, supported and empowered throughout the life stages.
