Bloom was created with one clear purpose: to offer women a safe, supportive, and expert space where they can feel seen and truly cared for. A place where exercise is not about pressure or appearance, but about healing, strength, and confidence.

Naomi, our founder, saw a gap in the health and fitness world. She recognised a lack of real, specialised support for women’s bodies. With more than 16 years of experience and her own journey through pregnancy and motherhood, she decided it was time for something different. That’s how Bloom began.

Today, Bloom is a growing community of women, supported by a passionate and professional team who are here to help you feel stronger, more confident, and fully supported in every part of your journey.
