A more dynamic, strength-based class that focuses on functional movements to help you build and maintain strength throughout pregnancy. Expect gentle resistance training, mobility work, and exercises designed to support your posture, lifting technique, and overall body confidence.

Both class types include breathwork, core and pelvic floor integration, and are fully adaptable to suit your personal needs or any symptoms such as prolapse, pelvic floor concerns, or pain.
