Bloom Postnatal Reset
(6-Week Program)

Our guided 6-week program designed to help you rebuild strength, confidence, and connection to your core and pelvic floor after pregnancy and birth. This program focuses on restoring foundational movement patterns, improving strength and stability, and supporting symptoms such as heaviness, leakage, abdominal separation, and pain. Ideal for anyone wanting a structured and safe return to exercise.

A Postnatal Initial Assessment is required prior to participation.

Bloom Mums Strength Foundations

A strength-based program for mums who are ready to progress beyond the basics and build real strength in a safe, supportive environment. This program focuses on full-body strength training, pelvic stability, and confidence with functional movement, while continuing to support pelvic floor and core demands. Ideal for mums wanting to feel strong, capable, and empowered in their body again.

Bloom Postnatal Progressive Strength

Our advanced postnatal strength program for women ready to take their training to the next level. Progressive Strength focuses on building higher-level strength capacity, endurance, and resilience through structured programming. Perfect for mums who want to return to heavier lifting, higher intensity training, or prepare for impact-based exercise while continuing to prioritise pelvic floor, core function, and long-term performance.

Progressing Through the Bloom Postnatal Series

To move through each stage of the Bloom Postnatal Series, a short Postnatal Review appointment is required. This allows our Exercise Physiologists to reassess your recovery, check in with symptoms, update goals, and ensure your exercise program is appropriate for your next stage of progression.

Babies Welcome

Babies are warmly welcome across all Bloom Postnatal Series sessions. Please note that if your baby is on the move, we ask that you remain mindful when using weighted equipment to ensure a safe environment for all participants.
